It is with extreme disappointment & annoyance 😤, that our courier partner has forced another price increase, due to South Africa’s economical issues. 😭

Apologies for any inconvenience as we strive to keep costs as low as possible & we understand how annoying any form of price increase is.

Considerations to “go cheap” & find an alternative courier have been made, however SBJ can’t deny the brilliant & extremely reliable service received from our courier partner. Their punctuality & extreme reliability plays a major role in our service delivery to all our clients.

What are the delivery costs?

What are the delivery days & times?

Can I schedule delivery for a later date?

Do you need your parcel to be delivered at a later date other than the standard 3-5 working days?

No Problem! Simply let SoveReign know by adding the most convenient date range to the “additional notes section during the checkout process.

Are there additional costs due to address change / corrections?

It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm their shipping information is correct upon placing an order. Any additional shipping costs incurred by missed delivery, re-delivery or package interception due to address changes is for the customers account.

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately no, there are no collection facilities available, SoveReign does not have a physical store or location.

SoveReign operates strictly as an online shop and therefore orders can only be shipped and delivered door-to-door nationwide.

What are the available Payment Options?
There are 2 options available, these include:

You’ll receive email confirmation & communication once an order has been placed.


SoveReign requires proof of payment & will await funds to clear into our account before processing, packing & shipping the order.

  • Proof of payment (POP) must be sent to
  • Orders will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in the account.
  • Stock will be held for 2 hours for any unpaid orders, thereafter the pending order will be cancelled.

You’ll receive email communication, confirmation, banking details & payment instructions once an order has been placed.

How are online payments made safe?

Online payments have been made safe through the security measure & implementation of 3D Secure.

3D Secure is the process whereby the banking system authenticates the owner / cardholder before any transaction can take place.

During the checkout process, you are prompted to enter your card / banking details.

The 3D Secure page will then appear, if the issuing bank identifies the transactions as requiring authentication, then a challenge request will be presented to you (the buyer) where you will need to authenticate yourself with your bank using either a password, one-time PIN (OTP) or via authentication in your banking app.

If 3D Secure 2 is in use, then the cardholder won’t need to verify the payment.

How Do I Place An Order?

Our online shop functions as most standard online stores with an “add to basket” function all the way through to easy checkout.

The website was created to be as simple and quick as possible.

The basic purchasing journey would be as follows;

From here you can decide whether you would like to “view basket” and proceed to check out immediately OR you can browse further for more items and then click “Let’s Check Out” in the menu.

Step 3:
Once you’ve selected “Let’s Check Out” or “View Basket” the journey will continue as;

Proceed To Check Out

Step 5:
Complete Billing / Shipping Info

Step 6:
Select payment method (EFT or payfast)

Step 7:
Click the check box to confirm T’s and C’s

Step 8:
Click “Place Order”

Email confirmation and communication is sent once an order has been placed, All updates regarding any orders placed will be made via email.

Important Order "Need To Knows"

  1. Orders will be processed Mondays to Fridays between 08:00 – 17:00. Any Orders placed over weekends will be processed 1st thing on Monday.
  2. All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, fuel prices and/or unforeseen economic circumstances
  3. The only payment options available are via EFT / Direct Bank Transfers or through the PayFast payment portal.
What is your policy regarding allergies?
It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of any allergies he or she has to metals, oxidation applied to metals and / or finishes applied to jewellery before making an online purchase.

SoveReign Body Jewellery pieces are made from mainly from stainless steel and / or 316L Surgical steel, however may contain some brass decorative top pieces with IP, PVD or Rhodium plating.

Stainless steel can contain up to 12% nickel which meets EU directives. Whilst most people don’t react to this hard wearing metal, it can still cause a reaction for some people with a high sensitivity nickel allergy & therefore there is no guarantee against potential reactions to skin.

SoveReign Body Jewellery is not responsible for any discomfort or allergic reactions that may occur as a result of wearing our jewellery, unfortunately no returns or refunds are given due to allergies.

Please get in touch if you have any doubts or questions regarding materials used in any items before making an online purchase.

What is your return & refunds policy?
Due to strict health and safety regulations SoveReign Body Jewellery unfortunately does not accept returns on any items which have been opened and / or used in any shape or form.

SoveReign Body Jewellery does not take any responsibility for tarnishing or damage which ensues from client actions / lack of proper jewellery care.

SoveReign Body Jewellery is not responsible for any discomfort or allergic reactions that may occur as a result of wearing our jewellery.

SoveReign Body Jewellery is not responsible for replacing jewellery where the incorrect size was purchased. The responsibility falls completely on the purchaser to make sure the correct size was purchased.

How Should I Take Care Of My Jewellery?

We know & understand you love your jewellery but try not to wear it 24-7 as this will reduce a life of your piece.

Put your jewellery on after applying hair products, hand and body creams, perfume and make-up / avoid contact with harsh chemicals. Always put jewelry on last as a finishing touch.

Remove jewellery when you’re exposed to water / avoid swimming, bathing and / or showering while wearing jewellery. This may tarnish the jewelleries accesories / decorastive pieces and / or weaken links and strands. Always dry jewellery thoroughly, when exposed to water.

All jewellery should be removed when engaging with activities such as sport and houseworks.

We also recommend you put on jewellery last when dressing and take off first when undressing as well recommend to remove jewellery before going to sleep.

While not wearing, store your jewellery appropriately to avoid scratches.

Use soft cloths when wiping / cleaning jewellery.

What is Jewellery Tarnishing?

Jewellery will naturally tarnish with exposure to the air, environment, perfumes, moisturisers, hairspray, soaps and perspiration.

Tarnishing is a non permanent, chemical change in the surface of metal which darkens and dulls over time. Tarnishing will change the jewellery colour from white, through yellow, then to brown and eventually dark.

Pollution, contact with chemicals and some skin types will increase the chances of tarnishing happening quickly. It’s difficult to avoid tarnish on jewellery.

As tarnishing is a natural process you can either accept it as part of the ageing process of your jewellery or you could try to prevent it through proper jewellery care.

What is Jewellery Wear & Tear?

Wear and tear describes the general appearance that jewellery develops during its life. Metals are soft and can distort if squeezed or twisted.

Repeated twisting may cause cracking and repeated abrasion may cause permanent changes to the surface.

Wear and tear can alter the appearance of jewellery significantly.

Is it really "What you see, Is what you get"?

SoveReign takes great pride in delivering exactly what is promised. There is no point in misleading our clients & gain a bad reputation.

What influences your pricing structure?

Unfortunately our prices are directly & immediately affected by currency fluctuation, fuel prices and/or unforeseen economic circumstances therefore all prices are subject to change without prior notice.

The main priority is always to deliver the best most convenient service & products to our clients at the most affordable price possible.
